Don't ever go here. Lady kept going to take a smoke break while my hair was waiting an waiting to long for my low lights an their brown when I wanted dirty blonde!! Let's just put it this way.. I came home with White and brown hair!! With a tint of purple. I am SOOO upset. $130 when I could've done it myself for $30! The lady also told me my hair was dry after the root touch up so she was going to put better conditioner on it. She didn't tell me it would cost $10 more!! I was bored out of my mind for 4 hours she talked to me about 3 times! Also wrote a review about my terrible experience. Least they could do is do an all over blonde to fix the mess they made. I'm FURIOUS!!
Not to mention the bug that was crawling on the floor. Disgusting. This place has gone down hill. AND we will NEVER go back.
Went in for one adult and two kids cuts. The lady was so rough with my 4 year old, he had red marks all over his hear and no he has not had them before. Then the other lady said it would be 30 dollars for my 11 year old's haircut. Prices are 15.50 for kid cuts. If I am going to pay 30 dollars for a kid cut I will re-visit my salon. You could definitely tell her skills were not even worth the 15.50. The lady who cut my hair took at the most 5 minutes and hardly anything cut off. They rushed through all the haircuts. I started to go there because it was close by, but I will definitely look for a more honest and caring staffed salon.
Worst hair cut I have ever had. Went to this location out of convenience. The stylist did take time to ask about my preference before shampooing, however, when I got home and really looked at my hair, I found that the length throughout was so uneven. One side is so short compared to the other, it would only be fixable by making it worse. The top comes to a point, back has a tail. I should have known when the stylist never looked at my hair from the front to check lengths... So frustrating. I've had bad cuts here before but this one took the cake. I would go back and ask for a fix but I have less than an inch length on one side now as is. I'm so done with this location.
Yeah, not the place to go unless you're planning on wearing a hat for a while!
The worst beauty center you can go, I Went for wash my hair, get rolos AND then put straight my hair, they totally ruin everything, only they give me One wash AND put the conditioner, do the rolos wrong AND dry my hair But it was not dry. Totally a mess
